How can I return my order?

Urbify currently does not provide return options. Please refer to the retailer's terms and conditions for information on returning your shipment.

How much does delivery with Urbify cost?

For the customers the delivery is completely free of charge.

My delivery was unsuccessful - what happens now?

If we were unable to deliver your package, we'll make another attempt on the next working day (Monday to Saturday). If the second attempt fails and your neighbor isn't available to receive your order, you can collect your parcel from our warehouse for an additional two working days. After that, your package will be automatically returned to the sender.

What should I do if my delivery is not at the expected location?
