✅ Automatic Address Correction

Mistyped postcodes are one of the most common causes of delivery delays — especially during the Black Friday rush. We now automatically detect and correct inconsistent address data.

Example:

Oranienstrasse 183, 10997 Berlin → Corrected to → Oranienstrasse 183, 10999 Berlin

This significantly reduces failed deliveries and saves time for your Ops team. It means fewer support tickets, fewer re-routes, and faster handovers.

📍Real-Time Tours Tracking

We’ve launched live Tours Tracking, giving our operations team a dashboard view of every active delivery tour and enabling faster interventions when things go off course.

What this unlocks:

  • Visibility into on-time, early, or late deliveries
  • Alerts for missed time windows or incorrect geofencing
  • Clear color-coding for shift status across hubs and carriers
  • Faster support response times

🔄 New Pick-Up Flow for Store and Hub Tours

We’ve standardized the way we handle pickups from stores and hubs; a key part of retail and pharmacy delivery operations.

New capabilities include:

  • Pickup events now visible in our dashboard
  • Accurate tour status: Scheduled, In Pickup, Picked Up
  • Photo proof at both pickup and delivery
  • More accountability and traceability across the chain

Whether you fulfill from store, hub, or both — we’ve got the flexibility to match.

♻️ Recurring Tours for Predictable Volume

This new feature makes it easier to manage high-frequency delivery schedules by allowing you to create recurring delivery templates.

You can now set:

  • Recurring days and times
  • Hub and check-in locations
  • Pre-loaded stops

It’s one more way we’re helping retail partners plan ahead and scale predictably, without adding manual overhead.

🔒 Phone Number Masking

We’ve rolled out phone number masking to improve customer privacy and streamline communication.

Once active:

  • Drivers will contact customers via proxy numbers
  • Customer phone numbers stay private
  • All conversations remain functional and traceable

We’re currently finalizing this feature with our telecom partner and expect it to go live shortly. It’s a small change with big implications for privacy and brand trust.
